WELCOME TO TOTAL DOJO
We are a full time accademy based in the Brunel Centre, Milton Keynes with a dedicated matting area, fight cage, promo shop and spectators area. We also have satellite schools all over the MK area.
Total Dojo was built with a vision to not only teach people self defence but to also build self confidence and self control. We aim to teach people from as young as five years old the benefits of doing exercise and understanding the importance of a fitt and healthy lifestyle. We pride ourselves in teaching people from all ages and all walks of life how to manage aggression, sharpen concentration and mental focus, thus building a better community one black belt at a time.
