Kids Martial Arts

We’re truly passionate about our kids’ martial arts classes. We’ve designed them to not only teach the importance of discipline, respect and courtesy but also promote fitness and health at the same time. This is all in a fun and positive environment. Using martial arts, we aim to develop well-rounded and confident children who don’t brag or bully but can stand up against peer pressure and other intimidating situations.

This is why we don’t do any Katas (martial arts movements) we just go straight into enjoyable training sessions. All our sessions are designed to teach the fundamental skills of martial arts – and life – in fun and engaging ways. Watch any sessions and you’ll see lots of smiley, happy faces.

Fitness

Are your children spending too much time on tablets or computer games? Martial arts are perfect for getting them more active. Classes will not only improve their strength but also their flexibility, balance and coordination.

For growing children, martial arts are perfect for burning off all that excess energy. From pad drills to fitness games, martial arts provide a great workout. Ideal for active and spirited children, it will keep them focused.

Self Defence

Martial arts classes are great teach your child to keep themselves safe. We teach children how to protect themselves, not only by training techniques but also by educating them about stranger danger, always in an age-appropriate way.
